Specializing in Hardware Devices, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing IoT hardware solutions, software and wireless connectivity. Key Responsibilities

• Hardware Design: Design and develop hardware solutions for IoT devices, including sensors, actuators, communication modules, and embedded systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Prototype Development: Build and test prototypes of IoT hardware devices, conduct feasibility studies, and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Component Selection: Research, evaluate, and select appropriate components, sensors, and technologies for integration into IoT hardware devices, considering factors such as functionality, compatibility, and scalability.
• PCB Design: Design and layout printed circuit boards (PCBs) for IoT devices, ensuring proper signal integrity, thermal management, and manufacturability.
• Embedded Software Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate embedded software with hardware components, ensuring seamless communication and functionality of IoT devices.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the performance, reliability, and compliance of IoT hardware devices with industry standards and client requirements.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals, to document the development process and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure successful development and deployment of IoT solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering, with a focus on IoT device development.
• Proficiency in hardware design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
• Practical knowledge of cloud platforms, wireless transmission, and algorithm development.
• Experience with microcontroller programming languages such as C/C++.
• Knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa) and IoT platforms.
• Familiarity with PCB design principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
